Amazing place! We loved our stay! The food is incredible and our room was so comfortable and cozy. They really take care of you here with fabulous recommendations, lovely amenities and lots of extras to make your stay feel like home.

The Inn has it all and then some. Spacious personal room and gracious public rooms. The location is perfect in that it's in a quiet lovely neighborhood. The hosts go the extra mile. Parking is very convenient. The suite had luxury amenities. Breakfasts were superb. The hospitality room offered more than one could ask for including delicious homemade cookies individually wrapped. Speaking of baked foods on 2 separate days we enjoyed!!! excellent pan aux chocolat made by our hosts. This is true luxury.

Breakfast was delicious! The cookies were phenomenal! The bed was comfy, The jetted tub was amazing after walking around Biltmore all day! My husband loved the steam shower. Big thanks to Shawnie and Willie Gruber for making our anniversary trip perfect.

The breakfast was to die for. Location was perfect, walking distance to alot Ashville has to offer. Very friendly and inviting owners and staff. The homemade cookies were delicious.

The breakfasts were very creative and tasteful! And we enjoyed eating out on the porch. Everyone associated with the inn, in particular the manager, was very polite and helpful - great hosts! The inn was very tastefully furnished - we did not want something heavily victorian in decor.

The property was exquisite and the service was even better. We loved the steam shower, fireplace, and private patio in the William Morris room. The hand-delivered breakfast each morning was the cherry on top. What a fabulous place. It's our new favorite place in Asheville, by far!

We had a great weekend staying at this B and B celebrating my husbands birthday. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable with an amazing bathroom ( which isnt always true in a historical home). We could walk to dinner both evenings. The Inn owner was gracious and accommodating when we needed our breakfast to go.

Loved having breakfast on the front porch. The food was outstanding! The spa tub was amazing and the steam shower was awesome! The water feature by the spa tub was an unexpected surprise. We had a very relaxing time at the inn. The owners were very friendly and Aaron checked us in and gave us a tour of the inn. We were surprised with a bottle of wine and balloons left in our room, as we were celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary!

The breakfast was always excellent. The host always went above and beyond expectations. The room was clean and inviting. The live music on the lawn was endearing and enjoyable. Everything about the inn was just great.

Breakfast was very good. Our room was tremendous and very fitting for a couple on their anniversary. Willie and Shawnee were great hosts and very helpful on what to do in Asheville. I would recommend to anyone who likes bed and breakfasts.

The Inn on Montford is an exceptional place! My wife and I celebrated our 30th Anniversary over the weekend. I made the reservation based on pictures and other reviews. We could not agree more with the other five star reviews - FANTASTIC!

Property location was in historic Asheville close to downtown venues such as Biltmore and restaurants. There were also some very nice restaurants within a short walking distance. Views were beautiful and atmosphere to include our quiet suite with fire place and private back yard area made for a nice start to our 25th wedding anniversary.

Shawnee and Willy were wonderful hosts for our honeymoon getaway. The Rossettie room was nice and cozy, and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious and every detail thought out, including treats for our four legged family member. We can't say enough good things about this bed and breakfast.
